David Graston, a pioneer in the Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) industry, has created a method and instruments for treating soft tissue injuries. He developed tools and a technique to assist in his own recovery from carpal tunnel and skiing injury to his right knee. After years of research, development and feedback on the technique and tools, David developed the SASTM method and instruments.
